Lifestyle > Valentines day with the Other Half

So as we all know, Valentines day has just passed by, and I honestly saw the cutest couples everywhere throughout London.  I personally wasn't expecting to be treated like such a princess on this day, however, my other half has always been a knight in shining armour and surprised me a lot during the day.

So the first surprise of the day was going home and after meeting him in London, and seeing a huge bouquet of flowers delivered to my door with chocolates and the cutest message card!  So we hung out and watched the Raid 2 movie, not the most romantic but my other half loves it! Later on I cooked a spaghetti bolognese for us, which surprisingly.... was actually very good!  I surprised myself with that, looks like my cooking skills are looking up!

After the amazing surprises and lunch with him, he then surprised me to an Amazing Persian Restaurant in Kennington, South West London.  Whilst I had m all time favourite Persian dish, Koobideh with Shirazi salad, the boyfriend had a recommended dish, which was Duck with Walnut sauce.  Drinks were, Pink lemonade and ginger beer and later on beautiful Persian Tea, as you do.
Desert, was absolutely phenomenal, this was T H E best baklava I've ever had by far!!  Sweet, moist and delicious.  The boyfriend prefers dry baklava, but I loved what was served at Doost!

Overall, The whole day was an amazing experience, made amazing my by my other half, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I honestly didn't expect such an amazing valentines from him! Chin chin to the future!

Lifestyle > Prepping for Rotterdam on Business

So next week Wednesday, I'm flying out to Rotterdam with the other half for a holiday/business trip.  We're both busy business owners, trying to expand and create a residual income through our company, so we saw going to Rotterdam as big investment in our business and for our teams, as the company is holding a huge 3 day international convention, where we'll be receiving training and information about where the company is headed in the future, our expansion and how to be the best business men/women that we can be moving forward.

However, we're not just going for business, we're also going for a holiday, hence why we're staying for a week.  Being the first time we've ever traveled together, it's going to be a great experience for us as a couple.  We'll be staying in Rotterdam's business district, however we will be going to restaurants, shisha bars and clubs in our downtime!  Im super excited for this trip, and it's all I've ever dreamed of being able to travel the world for business!!  I'll be sure to keep you all posted and updated during my travels!

Beauty > MAC Must-haves

So Recently, I've been using Loreal True Match foundation, and I used to use that foundation on and off throughout the years, but recently I realised it really isn't for me.  I don't like the coverage, and my skin gets oily so quickly when I wear it!  Also, it provokes break outs on my skin which I really could't stand as I have really sensitive skin thats spot-prone.  So I switched over to MAC foundation and mineral powder recently, and I have to say I'm loving it!

I have previously bought products from MAC before, such as their mascara, lipsticks, lip liners, eye shadows, blushers and even a mirror!  But I never knew that the foundation was so amazing.  I heard from a lot of my girlfriends and many beauty bloggers that the coverage was good, so trying it, I really was amazed!  The coverage is really good and solid, the match to my skin colour is perfect, and the mineral foundation powder is to die for!  It creates the nicest finished look!! And really prevented my skin from breaking out into an oily mess!

My foundation colour - NC25
Mineral Powder - Light

Foundation - £23.00
Powder - £23.00

Beauty > Red for Valentines

Big hello to all my beautiful ladies out there, so I todays post is quite strange, because I dont usually wear anything on my nails, and I don't like anything on them due to chipping or inconvienience.  However, I really really love love love mt O.P.I. Nail polish, it stays on forever! And is so easy to take off afterwards!  Now seeing as Valentines day is coming up I thought that red was the appropriate colour!!  As you can see, I have a fabulous Inglot makeup carrier/holder, which has kept my life so organised as I dont like seeing any make up out, it all has to be put away.  I got the extra big make up case because I literally wanted to fit everything in there, from makeup, to nail polish, to creams and potions!

You can buy any O.P.I. Nail polish from any beauty salon or nail clinic.  And they come in tons of amazing colours!!  My eye is on the bubble gum pink one next for the summer!  I also bought my Inglot make-up case and nail file from the Inglot make up store in Westfields Shepards Bush in West London, where the staff were SO lovely and amazing, and I'm really overdue for a trip back there!!

Lifestyle > Our Spanish Photo Diary

Spain was absolutley beautiful, Overall I would say there was a relaxed laid back atmosphere but at the same time a very sultry, sexy, spanish vibe.  The weather was so stunning, spanish music blasting thorughout the beach, overwall it was an amazing experience.

The people were so friendly and welcoming, and the towns were so stunning with mountain drops in the backgrounds, dust, sand and cacti everywhere,  I truly felt like I was lost in the middle of nowhere rather than in Spain.

I will definately be going back sometime soon this year hopefully!  I would love to live out there or have a house out there, the Spanish culture is so beautiful and stunning.  I would recommend anyone to go there, not just for the parties, but for the stunning culture!

Thanks for having us Espana!
