My New Health Kick

Hello ladies! So firstly, let me start off by saying now that my exams are over I will be blogging EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Yay!! And it makes me so happy that you guys will be getting regular and daily posts from me religiously as I know some of you absolutely love the blog! And I love you! All the love is appreciated!  Secondly, as I would like to post more lifestyle stuff on zee blog, and again because exams are over for me, I am going on a new health kick! I will be researching new exercises and foods that are amazing and great for you and I will also start sharing with you guys my daily diet so you can see what I'm eating as part of my healthy diet, starting from today!

This is my sweet and crunchy salad that I bought from Sainsburys that contained, lettuce, sweet corn, carrots, peppers, red onion and delicious salad dressing.  This salad was honestly so yummy and I ate ALL of it. It only costs £2.00 ! 



So after my salad for lunch I had mango chunks for desert!  And this really fixed my sweet tooth! So no more chocolate, cookies and donuts just have mango, pineapple or lychi chunks! 


Lastly I bought quite a few cereal bars for the snack in between meals.  It tastes amazing and includes oats, berries and all kinds of other good stuff!

Also, don't forget to drink plenty of water. Especially to my followers and viewers from hot countries and even England! As the English summer is well and truly under way now!
